Conflict check.
Opposing party, retaining firm, one-line matter description. We run conflicts and respond same day.
Preliminary complaint review.
Upload the complaint and any damages-related materials. The file uploads directly to encrypted storage over TLS; it does not pass through an email server.
Retention
Files auto-purge after 90 days unless an engagement begins, at which point retention follows the engagement letter.
Access
Uploads are accessible only to Diana File and the firm's principal staff. Third-party access requires written authorization.
